Patio Planning in Alpharetta
Alpharetta requires a tree removal permit before any tree comes down, and the site plan has to show existing trees within 30 feet of construction. Specimen trees nearby must have their root zones protected. We lay out your patio around the trees you want to keep, so the plan gets approved the first time.
A gas line for a fire pit or built-in grill takes its own fuel gas permit, and lighting or kitchen wiring needs an electrical permit. We handle those alongside the patio. If your HOA reviews exterior changes, we prepare the drawings they ask for.
